Appointment Payments

All new private patient registration, existing patient check-up, Hygienist and emergency appointments must be paid for at the time of booking. Should additional treatment need to be carried out at the time of the appointment, you may be asked to pay in advance of the work being carried out. Should a follow up appointment be required, patients will be provided with a full estimate, a deposit payment will be required at the time of booking. In person payments can be made by Cash or Card only.

Cancellations/Late attendance

A charge will be made for late cancellations with less than 24 hours prior notice, and for late arrivals to the equivalent value of the original payment/deposit.

Complaints

Must be put in writing or emailed and addressed to the Practice Manager, Mr Shon Ross, who will respond within 7 working days of the receipt.

Zero Tolerance

The Angel Dental Practice operates a zero tolerance scheme towards any aggressive/ violent behaviour or language towards any member of staff, which will result in deregistration.
